Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service the very same day we receive your order. UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air service is available, please call for rate information. FED-EX shipping is available at discounted rates, please call for specific information.

In the event an item must be back ordered, you will be advised promptly as to the expected delivery date. We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times, however we occasionally are back ordered by our suppliers.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Personal or Company Checks. NET 30 Accounts are available to properly rated firms. UPS or FED EX C.O.D. service is available for S5.00.

RETURNS: Any defective tool may be returned freight prepaid to Sun-Cal Mfg & Supply Co. and will be repaired, replaced, or credited, provided it has not been altered, abused, or misused in any manner.
